Our prices are predetermined on the basis of the selected tour and do not depend on the people number but rather from the means of transportation.
We require your credit card information as guarantee solely to reserve your reservation. The actual payment is due at the end of the tour/service to the driver, payable in cash (euros) only. Please note that we do not accept travelers’ cheques or credit card payments. CASH ONLY (EUROS)!
Cancellations will only be charged if you fail to cancel your reservation seven days prior to the tour/service date.
At this point we have the legal right to charge your credit card as a “No Show Fee”.
Entrance Fee to the Historical sites
- Entrance fees to the various historical sites are not included in our rates.
How to spot our guide driver
Our escort driver will be waiting for you at the given location agreed upon.
If you are coming by cruise ship, an escort driver will be waiting at the pier where your cruise ship will dock with a sign of the family or party name.
If you are coming by plane, we will be waiting at the airport at the arrivals section, always with a sign indicating the family or party name.
If you are coming from the hotel we will be waiting for you directly in the lobby or just outside of your accommodation.
If you are coming by train we will be waiting at the end of the platform with sign of the family or party name.
Tips are not included in the official rates, but they are always appreciated.
In Italy the tipping percentage ranges from 10% to 20%, it varies on service satisfaction.
Driver - Guide - Tour Escort - Tour Guide:
- Although we are proud that our drivers have been given the title “Guide Drivers” for their wealth of information, according to the italian law they are not permitted to accompany you during your visit to the historical sites (with the exception of an emergency). If interested in a private tour guide for any historical site, we are able to arrange this upon request.
Will we be charged if our ship does not dock?
Absolutely not! However, our services will be automatically rescheduled for whenever your Cruise arrives at the Port.
Charges only apply for cancellations given without a proper notice (7 days prior to the tour or service).
