Reservations
You can reserve our services by e-mail or filling-in the booking form.

Prices
Our prices are predetermined on the basis of the selected tour and do not depend on the people number but from the type of the means of transportation.
In this case the number of credit card is required only as a guarantee.
In fact, the payment is made at the end of the service and only by cash.

We do not accept credit card payment or prepayment
Payments are charged at the end of your service according to the quoted rates. We accept ONLY cash.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be charged if you fail to cancel your reservation up to 7 days before your booked services.
After this day, we have the right to debit payment as a “no show fee”.

Entrance Fee to the Historical sites
Entrance Fees to the Historical sites are not included in our rates

How to spot our guide driver
Our tour guide will be waiting for you with a sign to the given place.
If you are coming by cruise ship we will be waiting at the pier where will dock your cruise ship with a sign of the family or parties name.
If you are coming by plane, we will be waiting instead at the arrivals, always with a sign indicating the family or parties name.
If you are coming from the hotel we will be waiting for you directly in the hall.

Tipping
Tips are not included in the official rates, but they are always appreciated.
In Italy the tipping percentage ranges from the 10% to the 20%, but generally they depend on the service satisfaction.

Driver-Guide- Tour Escort -Tour Guide:
Although we are proud that our drivers have been given the title “guide drivers” for their wealth of information, we do not permit them to accompany you during your duration in the historical sites, with the exception of an emergency.
It is our pleasure to provide private tour guides for the individual or all historical sites at your request.
Tour escorts also never accompany you into the historical sites, except in the case of emergency.

Will we be charged if our ship does not dock?
Absolutely not. However, our services will be automatically rescheduled for when your Cruise arrives at the Port.
Charges only apply for cancellations given without a business week notice.
